So, I am a Founding Member of the The Hip Hop Librarian Consortium, a group of Academic Librarians from various parts of the United States, collaborating on an ongoing book-project series that features a bibliographic archive of Hip Hop scholarly resources for students, faculty, and life-long learners to use for research purposes. I got the opportunity to design and manage the creative publishing process of our first project that debuted at the 2017 Association of College and Research Libraries Annual Conference.
The original book cover for this project can be viewed in the right-hand sidebar of the website, created by yours truly. We all came together and took a vote as a group on the final book cover – which is embedded in this article.
